Refund Policy:
An order is generally refundable until payment is forwarded to any government entity or third party (typically within 24 hours after an order is placed), less expenses incurred.
Trademark Filings:
Once a trademark search is conducted or payment is made, Mango Filings cannot accept cancellations or changes.
Cancellation Process:
Orders in “Review” status can be cancelled by clicking the “make changes” button in the order confirmation email, subject to Mango Filings’ discretion.
